Thank you for applying to be a vendor for Saturday, June 27th 2026 at Cool Desert Nights at the Uptown Plaza from 9-3pm. The RCC Board reviews all applications on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Those accepted will be emailed and then invoiced to the email on your application. All invoices are due no later than 7 days after receiving them. There is no exclusivity agreement, meaning we may have more than one coffee, taco, beverage, jewelry, etc. vendor. Our goal is to have a large mix of small businesses throughout the whole event. Some will be placed in the Uptown parking lot and some will be on G. W. Way. We will decide this when we do mapping. If you require to be the only vendor in your category please do not apply.
If you are inquiring about Party in the Park at John Dam Plaza Friday June 26th those vendor spots are filled by City of Richland Parks & Rec and you may reach out to them via email at parksrec@richlandwa.gov
Please do not fill out the application below without attaching your CURRENT business license and COI (with City of Richland AND Richland Chamber of Commerce as additionally insured),
we need this in this application not emailed separately.
Those businesses that cannot complete the online application below and want to print, handwrite, then mail their application to the chamber office along with their supporting documents can print the application here.

Thank you for applying to be a vendor at Cool Desert Nights 2026. Applications are reviewed monthly by the RCC Board for approval.
If you are chosen you will be contacted and invoiced via email. Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. Unpaid invoices mean you are no longer a vendor and that spot will be given to the next option in your category.
